Our Wellfleet home was built in 1993 as a post-and-beam house with 100%
natural wood floors so allergy-sensitive folks will have no problems here!
The house was built backwards on the lot so that the "front"
of the house would face the backyard/south (as you see here), so the sun
pours in the windows. From the street the house looks much smaller than
it really is because that side gets all of the roof, even though there
are four separate skylights to let light into that side.
This is a year-round house with all of the comforts of home w/ modern
appliances. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with one neighbor
on each side, so its quiet here and there is no car traffic.
We're located less than one mile from beaches, ponds, restaurants and
more.
